About us
We are a family operation located in Perth, Western Australia. We make handcrafted knives in a variety of high-carbon or stainless steels and source high quality handle woods from various Australian and overseas locations. Our website is simply a way to display our work.
Our work
We produce a variety of kitchen/chef knives and outdoor knives. For example, our kitchen knives include classic gyotou, santoku and paring styles down to custom made cheese knives. Our outdoor knives also cover a wide range including bowies, hunters, and specialised pig hunting knives. We also produce handmade leather or kydex sheaths and a number of wood products including bread boards and cheese boards to complement our knife range.
